Role: Team Member - Design/Multimedia Location: Chennai | Job Type: Full-Time Overview We are in search of a Graphic Designer with 4-6 years of experience and a knack for video creation to enhance our creative team. This individual should excel at producing visually compelling graphics and possess a solid foundation in video production to support our marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Create visually striking graphics for a range of digital and print media, ensuring alignment with our brand's visual identity. Support the video production team by applying your skills in motion graphics to elevate our video content. Work in collaboration with the marketing team to convert campaign objectives into visually impactful designs and videos. Develop and execute graphic design projects for digital and print media, including social media graphics, booth design, brochures, flyers, and email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency. Maintain consistency across all designs and video content, reinforcing the brand's identity and messaging. Efficiently manage multiple design and video projects from concept to completion within designated timelines. Essential Skills 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop, InDesign. Creative and innovative thinking in both visual design and video storytelling, attention to detail, and a keen aesthetic sense. Outstanding organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively. A bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred.
