We are looking for a talented Video Editor who can bring real estate content to life by combining professional script recording, dynamic visuals, and engaging editing techniques. You will work closely with our real estate marketing team to produce high-quality videos that showcase properties, highlight features, and create an emotional connection with potential buyers. Key Responsibilities: Record clear, professional voiceovers based on real estate scripts provided. Edit raw footage, drone shots, and property walkthroughs into engaging final videos. Add background music, sound effects, transitions, and visual enhancements. Sync voiceovers with video footage and on-screen graphics. Apply brand style guidelines to all videos for consistent visual identity. Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for social media promotion. Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, property listing sites). Work with the marketing team to understand project objectives and property highlights. Maintain a well-organized video library for easy access and revisions.
