Job Summary

Video Editor & Graphic Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit and produce

  property walkthrough videos, drone footage edits, reels, and promotional videos

• Create videos for

  social media ads, YouTube, website listings, and lead-generation campaigns

• Add motion graphics such as

  project highlights, pricing, amenities, location maps, and call-to-actions

• Optimize videos for platforms like

  Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing

• Maintain high visual quality and brand consistency
  

Graphic Designing

• Design creatives for

  property ads, brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media posts, and email campaigns

• Create

  floor plan visuals, amenity creatives, project launch posters, and banners

• Design creatives for

  lead generation campaigns (Meta & Google Ads)

• Ensure all creatives align with real estate branding and compliance norms
  

Collaboration & Campaign Support

• Work closely with

  Digital Marketing, Sales, and CRM teams

• Support

  project launches, site visit campaigns, festive offers, and brand promotions

• Manage multiple real estate projects and deliver within deadlines
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience

  in Video Editing & Graphic Designing (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Experience editing

  property walkthroughs and promotional videos

• Strong understanding of

  real estate marketing visuals and buyer psychology

• Knowledge of social media ad formats and sizes
  
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with

  Real Estate Developers or Marketing Agencies

• Basic knowledge of

  motion graphics

• Understanding of

  branding, typography, and layout

• Ability to handle revisions quickly and work under tight deadlines
