Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor & Graphic Designer to handle promotional content for our real estate plot sales company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing, CorelDRAW, and poster design, especially for marketing and advertisement purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit promotional and advertisement videos for plots, layouts, and real estate projects
• Design posters, banners, brochures, flex designs, and social media creatives
• Create attractive designs using CorelDRAW
• Edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
• Design content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp promotions
• Maintain brand consistency across all creatives
• Work closely with the marketing team for campaign execution
• Deliver high-quality output within deadlines

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design
• Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW
• Experience in poster and banner design
• Good understanding of real estate promotional content
• Knowledge of video formats, transitions, effects, and typography
• Creative thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator (added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics
• Ability to work independently and in a team
