Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Visual Effects and Graphics: Add special effects, graphics, and animations to enhance video content.
• Sound Editing: Synchronize audio tracks, add sound effects, and edit music to match the video content.
• Color Correction: Perform color grading to enhance the visual aesthetics of the video.
• Storytelling: Ensure a cohesive narrative flow and maintain the video's overall storytelling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including directors, producers, and other editors, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality videos.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage media assets, ensuring efficient workflow and storage practices.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Client Feedback: Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine and finalize video projects.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to video editing software and hardware.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to video projects.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
• Education: A degree in film production, multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time efficiently.
