As a Graphic Designer at Exnovation Infolabs Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for creating visually engaging content across various digital platforms by harnessing the power of both traditional design tools and AI-driven platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with a team of creatives to produce dynamic visual assets that elevate the brand's presence and resonate with the target audience. Key Responsibilities: - Create visually compelling content, including still images, short-form videos, animations, and social media assets, utilizing both conventional design tools and AI-powered platforms such as RunwayML, Sora, Pika, DALLE, Midjourney, and more. - Utilize AI tools to generate creative assets that align with brand and campaign objectives, ensuring consistency and quality. - Work closely with content strategists and marketers to conceptualize and execute design ideas that enhance brand visibility and engagement. - Post-process AI-generated images and videos to maintain high quality, style consistency, and brand alignment throughout all visual content. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and propose innovative ways to integrate them into the creative workflow. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks according to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail in all deliverables. Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or digital content creation, showcasing a strong portfolio of both traditionally designed and AI-generated image/video content. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma. - Demonstrated expertise in AI tools like RunwayML, Pika, Sora, DALLE, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Entavato, etc. - Knowledge of video editing, color grading, and motion graphics fundamentals. - Understanding of prompt crafting and iterative refinement for AI tools, demonstrating a strong aesthetic sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
