As a Video Editor-Cinematographer at Barakhadee, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual narratives through seamless shooting and editing. With a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for brand campaigns, ads, influencer collaborations, and digital platforms. Your technical proficiency in editing tools and AI-powered workflows like Runway will be essential for enhancing the overall quality of the content. In the realm of editing and post-production, you will master transitions, pacing, and sound design to elevate the storytelling experience. Staying updated on trending editing styles, AI tools, and effects will be crucial to ensure that the content remains fresh and engaging. Utilizing AI-powered tools such as Runway, Topaz AI, and Adobe AI features, you will optimize workflows and color grade footage to achieve a polished cinematic or brand-appropriate look. Furthermore, you will be responsible for optimizing video formats for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and ads. In the realm of cinematography and shooting, you will be involved in planning and executing shoots for branded content, influencer campaigns, and commercials. Operating cameras with precision and understanding lighting, framing, and movement will be key aspects of your role. Whether working on location or in a studio, your keen sense of visual storytelling will ensure that high-quality B-roll, interviews, and product shots are captured effectively. Collaboration and execution are integral parts of this role, as you will work closely with creative directors, clients, and production teams to bring concepts to life. Managing project timelines effectively, ensuring quick turnarounds, and maintaining quality throughout the post-production workflow will be essential. Your ability to organize footage efficiently and maintain backups will contribute to the overall success of the projects. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and Runway AI. A strong understanding of cinematography, camera gear, lighting setups, and storytelling-driven editing is also required. Adaptability to fast-paced edits, trending styles, and AI-powered tools is crucial, as is a keen sense of color, sound, and pacing. While motion graphics & animation skills, basic 3D/video AI experience, and previous experience in brand, ad, or influencer-led video production are considered good to have, the must-have skills outlined above are essential for success in this role.
