You are being offered a part-time position as a Creative & Guest Relations Assistant with the opportunity to work remotely and occasionally on-site in Vrindavan or mountains for 12 days. The role involves around 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule and a compensation range of 3,000-6,000 per month based on your skills and experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Editing short yoga videos and reels for Instagram - Designing carousels, posters, and visual content for social media - Creating simple promotional content for the homestay business - Handling Airbnb guest queries online - Occasionally speaking with guests to coordinate their stay - Brainstorming and contributing fresh ideas for creative growth The skills required for this position include: - Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, etc.) - Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro - Good written and spoken English communication - Polite, professional, and soft-spoken interaction style - Interest in online content management, social media, and guest communication Your work expectations will be around 3 hours per day or 21 hours per week with flexibility, occasional guest calls and coordination, regular Zoom calls for updates and discussions, and comfort with audio calls for daily coordination.
