Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Video Editing & Social Media Intern to help us build an engaging, educational, and inspiring online presence. You'll create short-form video content that makes complex topics like child development, emotional intelligence, and holistic wellness fun, relatable, and shareable for parents, teachers, and young families.

This is a high-impact role — your content will directly help thousands of parents spot early signs, reduce stigma around developmental challenges, and adopt healthier practices for their kids.
Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage (from phone shoots, events, expert interviews, school visits) into polished, high-energy short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts – 15-90 seconds)
• Create platform-optimized content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Design eye-catching thumbnails, captions, hashtags, and trending audio overlays
• Film simple in-house content when needed (mobile videography, voiceovers, basic animations)
• Schedule and post content, monitor analytics, and suggest improvements based on performance
• Collaborate on content ideas: parent tips, myth-busting, teacher stories, FitQuest highlights, AI tool demos, etc.
• Stay on top of social media trends (especially in parenting, edtech, health & wellness niches)

Requirements

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) — please share your portfolio/reel
• Experience creating viral-style short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
• Comfortable with trending audio, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and effects
• Good aesthetic sense — clean, colorful, child-friendly, and emotionally resonant visuals
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube algorithms and analytics
• Passion for child development, parenting, education, or mental health is a big advantage
• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any field — mass comm, digital marketing, film making preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent English + Hindi communication (additional Indian languages a bonus)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
