Role Overview: You will be responsible for crafting short-form ads, reels, explainers, and launch films from concept to final export. Additionally, you will design motion graphics packages that include titles, lower thirds, infographics, and kinetic type to elevate the brand aesthetic of Millennial Labs. Your role will also involve cutting footage into tight story arcs, adding sound design, mixing music, and grading for a cinematic finish. Furthermore, you will be managing project files, version control, and templates to ensure the post-production pipeline runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Craft short-form ads, reels, explainers, and launch films from concept to final export - Design motion graphics packages (titles, lower thirds, infographics, kinetic type) to enhance brand aesthetic - Cut footage into tight story arcs, add sound design, mix music, and grade for a cinematic finish - Manage project files, version control, and templates to maintain smooth post-production pipeline Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in editing and animating in a fast-paced agency or studio - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) - Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory - Familiarity with 3D or cel animation workflows (Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar) is an added advantage - Portfolio demonstrating the ability to blend storytelling with high-impact motion design Additional Company Details: Millennial Labs builds bold brand stories for startups and scale-ups worldwide, creating in-house films, ads, and social content that require kinetic energy, clean design, and razor-sharp edits.
