You will be working as a Video Editor Intern at Pear Media LLC, a leading marketing agency in Noida Sec 6. Your role will involve editing raw video footage into engaging content for various digital platforms like Reels, YouTube, and Ads. Some of your key responsibilities will include adding transitions, sound effects, music, graphics, and subtitles to enhance the storytelling, collaborating with content & marketing teams, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines. It is essential to stay updated with editing trends and digital storytelling styles to deliver high-quality content. Key Responsibilities: - Edit raw video footage into engaging, platform-specific content (Reels, YouTube, Ads, etc.) - Add transitions, sound effects, music, graphics, and subtitles - Collaborate with content & marketing teams to align with brand style and messaging - Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines - Stay updated with editing trends and digital storytelling styles Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of video editing experience (internship/freelance/professional) - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic Photoshop - Knowledge of aspect ratios and formats for Instagram, YouTube, and paid ads - A strong show reel/portfolio showcasing previous work - Ability to work from the office 6 days a week - Comfortable with feedback and a fast-paced work environment If you have experience in motion graphics or animation, understand social media trends, or possess creative script sense and visual storytelling skills, it would be considered a bonus.,
