Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for an Assistant Manager in Design Jig Fixture. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for designing jigs and fixtures, collaborating with manufacturing teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and overseeing production processes. They will also be involved in troubleshooting design issues, conducting regular reviews, and implementing improvements. Qualifications Proficiency in designing jigs and fixtures, and experience with CAD software Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in the automotive or metal engineering industry is a plus Proven leadership and team management skills
