About the Role Were looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our remote team and help build scalable, high-performance backend systems. You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain core services that power our platform. Tech Stack Languages & Frameworks: Node.js, TypeScript Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis Messaging & Queues: RabbitMQ Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines Responsibilities Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript. Optimize PostgreSQL queries and data models for performance and scalability. Integrate and manage Redis and RabbitMQ for caching and asynchronous processing. Collaborate with DevOps to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized environments. Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and documentation. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Requirements 5+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript. Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ. Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services. Proficiency in Docker and CI/CD tools. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup. Based in India, preferably Ahmedabad or nearby. Nice to Have Experience with microservices architecture. Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
