Role Overview: As a seasoned senior executive at VDart Digital, you will lead customer acquisition and enterprise sales with P&L responsibilities in India. Your role involves driving new business, nurturing executive-level client relationships, and positioning VDart Digital as a trusted technology and consulting partner. You will be instrumental in selling digital transformation, AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and GCC offerings to large enterprises and multinational corporations. Key Responsibilities: - Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in India through strategic enterprise sales. - Build and manage a strong pipeline across priority industries such as automotive, supply chain, BFSI, real estate, and manufacturing. - Negotiate and close large, complex deals with C-level executives. - Act as the face of VDart Digital in India, representing the organization with clients, partners, and industry associations. - Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships with enterprise customers and MNCs. - Lead the positioning and sale of GCC build, operate, and transfer (BOT) models and other offshore delivery capabilities. - Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategies for India. - Represent VDart Digital at key industry forums, events, and panels. - Work directly with the CEO and global leadership team on growth strategy and execution. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, client partnerships, and business development within IT services, digital transformation, or consulting. - Proven success in selling to large enterprise and MNC clients across industries. - Strong background in positioning and selling GCC/offshore delivery models. - Deep understanding of technology services including AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Platforms. - Strong CXO-level network in India with the ability to open new doors and build long-term partnerships. - Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence. - Must be willing to travel extensively across India and internationally as required. - Flexibility to work across global time zones and outside standard business hours to engage with clients and global teams.
