Vice President MFA Implementation Identity and Access Management

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions as the Vice President for Identity and Access Management. Your primary role will involve executing the design developed by the Architect, requiring both technical expertise and hands-on skills in managing the MFA platform. Your responsibilities will include implementing Unix scripting, collaborating within a team environment, and showcasing expertise in MFA tools such as Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator. You should have a proven track record of successful MFA migrations and a deep understanding of identity protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Additionally, you will be involved in system design and integration, developing secure and scalable MFA solutions, and integrating MFA into various enterprise systems and applications. Ensuring policy compliance and enforcing MFA policies will also be part of your role, along with upholding industry security standards and financial regulations. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. You must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, specifically focusing on Multi-Factor Authentication solutions. Your required skills include a strong background in working with financial institutions, understanding regulatory compliance and security requirements, and hands-on experience with MFA tools like Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator. Proficiency in identity protocols and enterprise security frameworks is essential, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred skills for this role include relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. This position is based in Mumbai.
