Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team in a fast-paced and challenging environment As an Analytics Solutions Manager - Applied AI/ML Vice President within the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Risk Management team, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI/ML solutions to meet various business needs while ensuring scalability and performance. As a Generative AI/ML Specialist in the AWM Risk Management team, you will play a crucial role in an agile team dedicated to creating and implementing cutting-edge generative AI and machine learning solutions. Your responsibilities will include offering strategic leadership in designing and executing innovative generative AI/ML models and algorithms that drive business transformation and enhance decision-making processes. You will be tasked with architecting adaptable and scalable solutions that remain robust at their core yet flexible enough to evolve with changing business requirements. As a key technical and strategic contributor, collaboration across different business functions will be essential to integrate AI/ML capabilities that align with the firm's objectives. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with leadership to provide thought leadership, create strategic roadmaps, and assess new AI/ML technologies, necessitating a blend of technical expertise and strategic foresight. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI/ML solutions to address various business needs, ensuring scalability and performance. You will also be involved in enhancing state-of-the-art Gen-AI models to support various use cases such as Document Q&A, Information Retrieval/Summarization, and Search. Collaborating with leadership to establish the technical vision and execute strategic roadmaps will be crucial in transforming business requirements into actionable AI/ML specifications. Leading AI/ML projects through the ML development lifecycle, employing agile methodology, defining key milestones, and ensuring timely delivery is another key responsibility. Staying updated on data science and machine learning advancements and collaborating with the internal AI/ML community to introduce innovative solutions to the AWM Risk organization is also part of your role. Mentoring junior data scientists and analysts, designing training programs to enhance AI/ML awareness and adoption within the team, developing and maintaining efficient data pipelines and workflows, and conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights are additional responsibilities. Presenting findings through clear and impactful visualizations and reports to enable informed decision-making across the organization is also a key aspect of this role. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities: - Bachelor's or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning with 7+ years of experience - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with SQL and relational databases - Deep knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical analysis and modeling techniques - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams composed of both technical and non-technical members Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities: - Experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and generative AI - Solid background in natural language processing (NLP), deep learning methods, and experience in implementing ML solutions for insights, pattern detection, and forecasting - Experience with Graph Databases, Large Graph Models (LGM), and GraphRAG applications,
