VIBRATION STUDY & FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF MACHINES – This involves Vibration Measurements & Frequency analysis of various critical machines such as Motors , Gearboxes , Fans/Blowers , Ball Mills , Generators , Turbines , Pumps , Grinding Mills etc. for diagnosis of actual problems during running condition. 2. INSITU DYNAMIC BALANCING OF ROTORS 3. NDT SERVICES – This involves Ultrasonic Flaw detection & Magnetic particle testing work by ASNT – LEVEL – II Engineers to detect various flaws/defects at surfaces , sub - surfaces & inherent part of any engineering components. 4. ULTRASONIC THICKNESS MEASUREMENT WORK – This involves thickness measurement on various tanks, hoppers, kiln shell, chimney , pipelines etc. in plant. 5. SOUND LEVEL MEASUREMENT
