The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, prior BPO experience, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to banking queries. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines. Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving. Follow compliance and banking guidelines at all times. Update customer records and document all interactions accurately. Requirements Minimum 1 year BPO experience (International voice preferred). Excellent verbal communication in English . Ability to work in US rotational shifts . Must have all educational + employment documents . Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
