Key Responsibilities: Oversight of Quality Control activities related to Raw Materials and Packing Materials . Supervision & review of analytical data, documentation & compliance for material release. Handling of Quality Management System (QMS) elements including OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA, and change controls . Coordination with cross-functional teams for timely review and resolution of quality issues. Ensuring regulatory compliance as per current GMP standards. Leading audits, facing regulatory inspections, and supporting continual improvement initiatives. Candidate Profile: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. with 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong exposure to quality control of raw and packing materials in regulated environments. Hands-on experience in QMS implementation and review processes . Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills. Must be willing to relocate to Mysore, Karnataka .

Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resources Location: Mysore, Karnataka Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Reports To: HR Manager / Head Human Resources Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Human Resources with a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, driving timely recruitment and onboarding, handling employee relations, and supporting compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent team management capabilities and a vision for long-term organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Compliance Oversee daily HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll, and HR MIS . Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and labor law requirements. Support in regulatory and third-party audits related to HR and plant operations. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end hiring for plant and support functions. Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires. Coordinate with department heads to forecast manpower requirements. Training & Development Design and implement the annual and monthly training calendar . Coordinate with external and internal trainers for employee upskilling. Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee grievances (internal & external) and provide timely resolutions. Promote positive Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) practices Drive employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. Policy & Procedure Contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR policies and SOPs. Ensure clear communication of policies and facilitate compliance across all levels. Leadership & Team Handling Lead the HR executive/associate team and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Foster a high-performance and people-centric work culture. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR /MSW/ MBA in HR preferred 7-12 years of HR experience , preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup Proven team management and leadership skills Strong knowledge of HR processes , labor laws , and compliance Prior experience in regulatory audit handling Excellent analytical skills , communication, and interpersonal abilities Visionary and proactive in driving HR strategies aligned with business goals Language: English, Kannada (Must) & Hindi Early joiner will have more preference.
