Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Forex sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, promoting our trading platforms and services, and ensuring exceptional client experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. · Present, promote, and sell forex trading services and products to prospective clients. · Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions and product knowledge. · Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, follow-up, conversion, and account setup. · Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding process. · Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline status. · Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. · Stay informed on forex market trends, trading platforms, and competitor activities. · Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction. Requirements: · Proven experience in sales or business development (Forex, Finance, or related industry preferred). · Strong interest or knowledge in Forex trading and financial markets. · Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred). · Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. · Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
