If you're the ideal candidate – and by ideal, we mean A+-tier – you'll boast unbreakable programming skills, a history of crafting scalable apps that don't crash like a house of cards, and the rare ability to thrive in our "collaborative" environment (translation: don't be a lone wolf diva). Your mission, should you dare accept it, involves building and babysitting frontend and backend components with flawless performance and snappy responsiveness. Oh, and mandatory experience in micro-services architecture deployment? Duh, that's non-negotiable – if you don't have it, kindly exit stage left. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain web apps using Python and React – because apparently, some devs still mess this up. - Design and implement backend wizardry like RESTful APIs and data models. - Optimize performance and scalability – we don't do "good enough"; we do legendary. - Deploy and manage micro-services architectures in production – if this scares you, you're not ready for us. - Collaborate with our cross-functional to churn out software that's actually high-quality – no solo heroics. - Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues – - Write code that's clean, maintainable, and documented. - Stay updated with emerging tech and best practices – if you're still using stone tablets, swipe left. Requirements: - Minimum 24 months of real, hands-on experience in Python and React – internships don't count. - Proficiency in backend development using Django. - Strong grasp of frontend React. - Experience with state management like Redux – because chaos is not a strategy. - Expertise in micro-services architecture deployment (must-have) – no fakers; we'll sniff you out. - Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB – pick your poison but know it well. - Knowledge of Git for version control – if you don't version control, you're basically a caveman. - Ability to work solo or in a team – versatility or bust. - Killer problem-solving skills and obsessive attention to detail – mediocrity is our kryptonite. - Comfortable grinding from our Malad, Mumbai office – WFH whiners, keep scrolling. Preferred Skills: - Experience with cloud platforms (E2E, AWS, or GCP) – bonus points if you're a cloud whisperer. - Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines is MUST – yeah, we capitalized it because it's that serious. - Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or PyTest – test or get wrecked. - Understanding of Agile methodologies – because waterfall is for dinosaurs.
