The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying trending topics, leveraging AI tools, managing the end-to-end course upload process, optimizing content performance, and growing our presence on the Udemy platform. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify trending topics , learner needs, and competitor activity. Analyze Udemy insights and other analytics tools to refine content strategy. Collaborate with the content team to ensure course content is structured, relevant, and appealing to Udemy audiences. Perform end-to-end course uploading and optimization on Udemy: Upload videos, thumbnails, and resources Write compelling course titles, descriptions, learning objectives, and FAQs Organize course sections and lectures Stay updated with Udemy's policies, algorithms, and best practices .
