Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced VFX Trainer / Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual effects, industry-standard software, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, preparing students for the VFX industry, and ensuring curriculum standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions on VFX topics (2D/3D compositing, motion graphics, match moving, rotoscopy, etc.)
• Teach and demonstrate software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and other industry-standard VFX tools
• Develop and update lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry trends
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support career guidance
• Ensure high-quality learning outcomes through engaging and hands-on sessions
• Collaborate with academic and curriculum teams to enhance course content
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the VFX industry

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, VFX, Media, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in the VFX industry or as a trainer
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: After Effects, Nuke, Maya, Houdini
• Strong understanding of VFX production pipeline and techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Patience and passion for teaching and mentoring students

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior teaching or training experience in academic or professional training institutes
• Certifications in VFX software (if any)
• Experience with online teaching tools or LMS platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
