Role Overview: As a highly skilled Motion Graphics & VFX Artist at PivotRoots, you will bring creativity, innovation, and technical expertise to projects by leading the design and execution of high-quality motion graphics, animations, and VFX for digital, advertising, and multimedia campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics, animations, and VFX. - Lead a team of animators, ensuring timely and quality project deliveries. - Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging visual content. - Enhance live-action footage with advanced visual effects and compositing. - Work on 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation. - Optimize assets for various platforms while maintaining visual quality. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance creative output. Qualification Required: - Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, VFX, and 3D work. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Passion for storytelling through design and animation.
