Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Manufacturing located in Visakhapatnam. The Head of Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing production planning, ensuring operational excellence, and managing day-to-day manufacturing operations. Tasks will include ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, monitoring and enhancing operational efficiencies, and implementing strategies to improve production processes and outcomes. Qualifications Skills in Production Planning and Manufacturing Experience in Operational Excellence and Operations Management Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge Strong leadership and team management skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the steel or foundry industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
