Youll be the builder who takes VST from founder-led sales repeatable pipeline. Set up our early outreach systems (LinkedIn, Email, Referrals) Identify and test positioning angles for core QA/Automation offerings Book qualified conversations with Engineering / QA decision makers Close the first few deals and sharpen the sales playbook Manage pipeline and lead tracking with a simple CRM (HubSpot/Notion) Once momentum is built, youll have room to build a lean in-house team and lead GTM with more firepower.
