Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a DFT Engineer located in Noida. The DFT Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and verifying Design for Test (DFT) architectures for simple MCU devices. Day-to-day tasks will include creating DFT architecture, inserting DFT, writing and verifying test cases, and executing DFT testing. The engineer will work closely with design teams to ensure testability and quality of semiconductor products. Qualifications Senior DFT Engineer with minimum 3.5+ years of experience. Experience in Test Engineering, developing and implementing DFT architectures Skills in Test Execution and Test Cases creation Proficiency in Testing and Functional Testing methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaborative skills Preferably MTech with 8+ CGPA althroughout in acedemics. Having sound knowledge of DFT using Industry standard tools. Having worked on block level as well as chip top level DFT insertion as well as analysis. Should have good understanding of MBIST, SCAN, BSCAN, JTAG, etc standards.
