Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner. Maintain and organize filing systems for documents and records. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for team members. Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as required by management. Requirements Proven experience as an office administrator. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on experience and performance) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday – 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM
