Key ResponsibilitiesService Execution Visit client locations as per daily service schedule. Inspect premises to identify pest problems (cockroaches, rodents, termites, mosquitoes, etc.). Apply treatment methods (spray, gel, fumigation, baiting, fogging, etc.) as per company SOPs. Use appropriate tools, equipment, and chemicals safely. Customer Interaction Explain treatment process and safety precautions to customers. Provide preventive tips to avoid future infestations. Maintain a polite and professional attitude at all times. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily service reports and collect customer signatures after each job. Report any unusual pest activity or damages at the site to the supervisor. Ensure accurate stock usage reporting (chemicals, traps, bait stations). Equipment & Safety Handle and maintain pest control tools and chemicals responsibly. Wear proper PPE (gloves, mask, safety glasses, etc.) during services. Follow safety guidelines to protect self, customers, and the environment. Additional Duties Assist in special projects like pre/post-construction termite treatments. Support team in large-scale jobs (e.g., warehouses, banquet halls, factories). Attend training programs to upgrade skills. Skills & CompetenciesBasic knowledge of pest control methods and equipment. Ability to identify different types of pests and their habitats. Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English. Physically fit for fieldwork. Time management and customer service skills. Qualification & ExperienceMinimum 10th pass (ITI or vocational training preferred). 0–2 years of experience in pest control or field service work (training will be provided for freshers). Two-wheeler license preferred.
