Description By joining our teams of experts working from our Versusmind agencies, you will have the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of clients: different industries, local and international groups, as well as public and private sectors. As a Sitecore Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Providing advisory services to our clients to support their digital transformation; Analyzing client needs: helping business teams define functional requirements; Proposing technical solutions while ensuring the coherence of the solution and estimating the workload for different project phases; Occasionally participating in pre-sales activities; Gaining in-depth knowledge of the main Sitecore modules such as SXA, DEF, and Analytics or personalization modules; Contributing to "best practices" in line with web standards; Leading a team of technical consultants and/or juniors (skills development, knowledge sharing, certification, professional growth); Contributing to the implementation of solutions within our development teams; Providing and implementing solutions for industrialization, continuous integration, and quality control. Profile With a higher education background, you have a recognized experience (minimum 3 years) as a certified and experienced Sitecore developer. You are proficient with Sitecore versions 9.x (9.0 / 9.1 / 9.2 / 9.3) and actively keep up with the new 10.x versions. You also have experience in development using .Net C# and Sitecore. Knowledge of SXA, Xconnect is required. Experience with DEF is a real advantage. You are known for being autonomous, creative, rigorous, and proactive. You have strong communication skills. You are comfortable with technical conversations in English and able to write documents such as specifications or technical documentation. You are used to working in Agile and DevOps environments.
