Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of industrial equipment and machinery. Conduct site visits to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to installation, maintenance, or repair of industrial equipment. Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions for improving productivity, efficiency, or reducing downtime. Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of queries or complaints. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during site visits and maintain accurate records of work performed.
