Periodically review/ update the Sales Team on their progress/ status of Network improvement, through relevant reports and dashboards. Self-motivated and constantly outperform on the given targets Should be abreast with the current developments in the Industry and knowledge about ongoing and new projects in the territory. Independently manage all the aspects Branch Office operations Constantly strive to reduce the Turnaround time of “Booking to sales closure” and “Project Closure” as well, through continuous interaction with the sales Agents.
