You should possess a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, demonstrating a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities. In lieu of a degree, additional years of experience may be considered. Your background should include a minimum of 6 years of experience in design, development, and support, as well as at least 4 years of experience in leading software development projects. It is essential to have hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules, particularly in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Customer Service Management (CSM). Additionally, familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must, along with the ability to support development in an Agile framework. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow custom-scoped application development is also necessary.
