Job Title: Field Support Warrior LED Advertising Panels Location: [Insert Region/City] Department: Operations / Field Services Reports To: Field Operations Manager Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Field Support Warrior to join our dynamic team! If you're someone who loves the open road, enjoys fixing things, and can bring energy to every site you visit, this role is for you. As a Field Support Warrior, you will be responsible for on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of our digital LED advertising panels across your designated territory. Key Responsibilities Travel within assigned areas to attend and resolve open support tickets for LED advertising panels. Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of digital display units to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with the central technical team to identify issues and implement timely solutions. Ensure ticket resolution updates are accurately captured in the support system. Handle basic electrical, structural, and connectivity troubleshooting. Maintain field tools and spare inventory and report any shortages proactively. Provide feedback and insights from the field to improve processes and reduce repeat issues. Educate clients or vendors at site (if needed) on basic usage or precautions. Requirements Minimum 12 years of experience in field support / hardware maintenance (LED display experience preferred). Technical diploma/degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of network connectivity and power systems . Comfortable using mobile apps and support ticketing systems. Key Traits Were Looking For A warrior spirit proactive, accountable, and energetic. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to work outdoors and occasionally at heights (e.g., mounted LED panels). Customer-focused and solution-driven mindset.
