Some key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining complex SAS programs for data manipulation, statistical analysis, report generation, and data visualization. - Utilizing advanced SAS procedures and techniques. - Managing and manipulating large datasets, including data cleaning, transformation, and integration from various sources. - Applying statistical methodologies and techniques to analyze data and interpret results. - Collaborating with statisticians and other team members on study design and analysis plans. - Creating high-quality reports, tables, and graphs to effectively communicate data insights. - Ensuring the accuracy and validity of SAS programs and output through rigorous quality control procedures. - Adhering to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior programmers. - Serving as a subject matter expert in SAS programming. - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including statisticians, clinicians, data managers, and other stakeholders. - Identifying opportunities to improve programming efficiency and streamline processes. - Developing and implementing programming standards and best practices. - Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for SAS programs and analyses. Purpose The Contracts Administrator will work within the [Veramed Finance / Veramed C&P] team and will be responsible for the consultant and contractor resource life cycle, including independent and third-party consultants. Key Responsibilities Work closely with recruitment team and account managers to keep abreast of new consultant engagements and contract renewals. Create all new consultancy agreements and renewals. Liaise with new and existing consultants and respond to queries. Liaise with the legal team to manage queries about data protection, privacy, and insurances. Manage all consultant onboarding including pre-screening. Send termination notices and respond to short notice changes. Manage consultant leavers offboarding. Maintain Cezanne HR with details of global consultants. Maintain consultant trackers, checking for daily updates or changes. Run ad-hoc reports from Cezanne HR as required. Create Veramed profiles. Coordinate signing of compliance documents. Manage all consultant Qdos assessments and escalate queries when required. Keep up to date with related guidance and regulations, including IR35 (UK) and 1099 (US). Liaise with resource partners and umbrella companies. Create third party resource agreements. Perform work in full compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, company policies, procedures and training. Minimum Qualification Requirements Educated to degree level. Experience of document management and administration, particularly of a sensitive and/or confidential nature. Experience working in a professional environment. Purpose The role of the Principal Programmer is to provide programming support to the statistics and programming department across a range of projects, clients and therapeutic areas. Key Responsibilities The study programmer position will be responsible for manipulating large databases and generating reports to enable analysts to explore real world healthcare data assets. Candidates must have excellent SAS and SQL programming skills and the ability to implement complex logic. Candidates must be comfortable with creating complex analysis data sets derived from various data sources with a careful eye for outliers and errors. Prior experience building patient cohorts and evaluating patient healthcare events in large databases and using observational research methods such as epidemiology and statistical methods is strongly desired. SAS is also fine. R programming is preferred. We are open to any therapeutic area experience. The team primarily supports rare diseases so if we present candidates with this area of expertise then that will be a plus, but no emphasis on therapeutic area. Real World Healthcare claims database experience is must. Any equivalent EU database experience to US Market scan/Optum is fine. OMOP-Common data model experience is a huge plus. We are fine with someone with even 1 year experience, familiar with this experience. SQL is must specially querying and extracting from database. Strong communication, time management, enthusiasm and documentation skills are essential in this position. Technical Proficient in R and SQL programming - Expertise in Oncology databases such as Flatiron, COTA - Has good understanding of Oncology specific analyses such as Line of Therapy algorithms, Survival analysis, different statistical models - Preferable to have R Shiny or Instant Health Data (IHD) experience - Experience with Analytic Datasets, patient cohorts is good to have.
