Job Title: Senior Analyst Location: Delhi (Hybrid) Experience: 5–7 Years Type: Full-Time About the job Veracy Consulting provides Consulting and Development services to Commodities Trading clients focusing on Openlink Endur. We are looking for Openlink Consultants to work as part of our Offshore Support Team. Key Responsibilities: Providing support services to our clients for Openlink Endur and any other in-house systems. Resolve Incidents and other Service Requests within agreed KPI limits. Record all Incidents on ticketing platform and providing timely feedback to the business stakeholders. Implement team processes to handle all support activities. Update documentation on known issues and their resolution. Liaise with other support/development teams to resolve cross-system issues. Implement pro-active monitoring checks using .NET/JVS/Power BI solutions. Liaise with the development team as a liaison, contributing to the analysis and testing of enhancement requests or projects. Participate in training activities for new team members. Technical Experience: 5+ year professional working experience in Openlink Endur. Working experience of different Openlink Endur Managers. Working experience in OpenJVS/OpenComponents. Working experience of writing SQL queries involving joins. Working experience of code repositories and deployment tools is a plus. Understanding of core Endur tables Understanding of Trade lifecycle. Understanding of at least one business domain (Power, Gas etc.). Knowledge of LNG business is a plus.
