Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant and shop floor machinery including pilger machines , hydraulic presses , and pneumatic tools . Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems to ensure smooth and safe operation. Carry out cranes maintenance (EOT/gantry) as per schedule and ensure lifting equipment functionality. Fit and assemble mechanical components for repairs or installations across the stainless steel production line. Identify and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic parts and ensure minimal downtime. Maintain accurate records of performed maintenance tasks, parts used, and time taken. Collaborate with the maintenance team and production supervisors for planned maintenance and shutdown activities. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations during maintenance work.
