WHO WE'RE HIRING We're looking for Full-Time Frontend Interns who don’t wait for instructions. They build, break, and rebuild better. You’ll work directly with the core team to design, ship, and scale real features that define how founders and investors connect.This is not a part-time role or a “learn-on-the-side” internship. If you’re juggling college assignments or freelancing, skip this. We want people who are all in, who want to build something real. This is a leadership path disguised as an internship. WHO YOU ARE You are not a task-taker. You are a builder with taste, curiosity, and conviction. You care how something feels , not just how it looks . React + Next.js Expert - You turn Figma dreams into living, breathing code. App Creator - You ship fast in React Native or Flutter. WHAT YOU'LL DO You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the core team, not as an intern, but as a builder. You’ll: Architect the product from the ground up. Experiment with interfaces until they feel inevitable. Build, break, and rebuild features that shape how founders connect. Bring ideas to life faster than most can explain them. Every line of code you write moves VentureLync closer to what it’s meant to be. THE FILTER - Prove You Mean It If you’re serious, here’s your test: Your Task: Develop a simple web app. For example, a to-do list , book browser , or food recipe explorer or anything you think is fun - using your preferred tech stack. Your app should: Fetch and display data from a public API . Allow users to add or remove items . Be mobile responsive . Bonus : Add basic authentication or backend logic (Java, Node.js, Firebase, Supabase, etc.) for persistence. Phase 2–3: Contribute to real codebases, not tutorials. Phase 4–6: Own a feature end-to-end. Ship, break, fix, repeat. Phase 7–12: Step into leadership. Mentor others. Build at scale. We don’t hand out titles here. We build them. Those who start with us don’t stay interns for long.They become the ones who lead, decide, and own.
