Keeping Bangalore office is waste because very poor customer ( clients ) service, better to improve, repeated requests with Mr.Bharath jain , Bangalore incharge also they will not call for the customers meeting till now, I am trading here past one decade , now I am thinking to close the account in ventura.

As per my mutual fund scheme the date of SIP is 5th of every month, but they try to deduct on 4th of every month and try to collect return charges. This is how you run your business, they don't have a good customer support.
