Our mission is to provide bespoke, high-end furniture solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. ## Job Summary: We're seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Telengana and Andhra Pradesh. The RSM shall be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including interior designers, architects, and high-end clients. ## Key Responsibilities: - Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, expand our market presence, and build a strong sales pipeline. - Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, interior designers, architects, and industry influencers to drive business growth and referrals. - Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure success. - Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. - Brand Representation: Represent our brand, promoting our unique value proposition, luxury offerings, and exceptional customer service. ## Requirements: - Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in the luxury furniture or design industry, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. - Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and managing a sales team, with strong coaching and mentoring skills. - Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the luxury furniture market, including trends, competitors, and industry developments. - Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive business growth. ## Preferred Qualifications: - 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, furnishings, or interior design industry. - Regional Experience: Proven experience working in Telengana and Andhra Pradesh in managing a high-performing sales team. Qualifications: Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). • Proven experience managing a high-performing sales team.
