Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer, based in Bengaluru. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for analyzing technical drawings, developing CNC programs, and operating machinery to produce precision parts. Daily tasks include setting up and calibrating CNC machines, creating custom programs to meet design specifications, and optimizing machining processes for productivity and accuracy. The role also involves ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards and collaborating with the engineering team to refine and troubleshoot processes when needed. Qualifications 710 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and Precision Manufacturing , preferably within the Aerospace and Defence sectors. Proven expertise in LEAN Manufacturing Systems and continuous process improvement initiatives. Strong cutting tool knowledge and ability to optimize machining utilization for high-precision components. Extensive machining experience with a wide range of materials including aerospace-grade alloys, titanium, aluminium, stainless steels, and composites . Proficient in MasterCAM (2025 Version) , Cimatron.E , and CAD modelling tools for complex part design and CNC programming. Sound understanding of technical drawings, GD&T , set-up concepts , and multi-axis machining processes . Familiarity with aerospace and defence industry standards such as AS9100 , NADCAP , and ITAR compliance (preferred). Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and skill enhancement . Preferred Languages: English and Kannada.
