Role Description

This is a full-time Vendor Outreach Intern Staffing & Recruitment role located in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support our recruitment team by reaching out to potential vendors, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with recruiters to identify staffing needs. Interns will also track vendor performance, assist in developing recruitment strategies, and maintain up-to-date records of vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to research and identify potential staffing vendors
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment management systems
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Experience in vendor management or staffing is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
