Our head office is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Controller and Trainer, based in Lucknow. The Quality Controller and Trainer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting thorough inspections and tests. The role involves developing and delivering training programs to ensure staff is knowledgeable about quality standards and procedures. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for monitoring and documenting quality control activities, as well as providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Experience in Quality Control, Inspection, and Testing Skills in Training and Development Strong Communication and Presentation skills Attention to Detail and Analytical skills Knowledge of Safety Standards and Procedures Ability to Work Independently and in a Team Bachelor's degree in relevant field Experience in the cosmetic or personal care industry is a plus
