Creating a Relaxing Environment: Ensuring a calm and tranquil atmosphere, with attention to details like music and lighting, for a five-star client experience. Maintaining Cleanliness and Hygiene: Keeping treatment rooms and equipment clean, sanitized, and properly stocked, adhering to health and safety regulations. Client Education: Explaining treatment procedures, recommending home care routines, and suggesting additional beneficial services or products. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate client records, including treatment notes, medical history, and post-treatment recommendations. Customer Service: Greeting clients warmly, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues like receptionists, spa managers, and other therapists to coordinate schedules and deliver exceptional service. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in various spa treatments, knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, and aromatherapy. Professionalism & Dexterity: Maintaining a neat appearance, upholding client confidentiality, and having manual dexterity for various techniques.
