Job Title: Hairdresser / Hair Stylist Location: [Rasayani] Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and creative Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling, up-to-date with the latest trends, and dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for consulting with clients, suggesting suitable hair treatments or styles, and delivering high-quality services. --- Key Responsibilities: Greet and consult with clients to understand their hair care needs. Cut, trim, style, and color hair based on client preferences and facial features. Recommend hair care routines and suitable products. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and salon tools. Stay current on hair trends, techniques, and products. Upsell additional salon services and treatments when appropriate. Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. --- Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a hairdresser or hair stylist. Certification from a cosmetology school (preferred). Proficient in different hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Friendly, professional, and fashion-forward attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. --- Preferred Qualities: Knowledge of trending styles, bridal and occasion hairstyles. Familiarity with both male and female hair styling (if unisex). Experience with hair treatments like keratin, smoothening. Accommodation: Provided
