As a Network Technical SME, you will play a crucial role in providing expert-level guidance, support, and leadership in all aspects of network infrastructure. Your deep understanding of networking technologies and protocols, coupled with your ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, will contribute to the success of our organization's IT initiatives. Network Design and Architecture: - Design and architect robust and scalable network solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network designs align with overall technology strategies. 2. Implementation and Configuration: - Lead the implementation and configuration of network hardware and software components. - Ensure adherence to best practices and security standards during the deployment of network infrastructure. 3.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: - Provide expert-level support for complex network issues, including root cause analysis and resolution. - Collaborate with support teams to develop and implement proactive measures for network issue prevention. 4. Performance Optimization: - Conduct regular performance monitoring and analysis of network infrastructure. - Recommend and implement optimizations to enhance network performance and reliability. 5. Security and Compliance: - Implement and enforce security measures to protect the network against potential threats. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies. 6. Documentation: - Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. - Develop and update network diagrams to reflect the current state of the infrastructure. 7.Training and Knowledge Transfer: - Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members. - Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and share knowledge with the team. 8. Collaboration and Communication: - Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Several years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level networks. In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software solutions. - Industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hands on Expert knowledge on Security product such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, DDOS, SIEM solutions.
