The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and territory management, along with in-depth knowledge of key product categories and industry trends. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Mapping & Market Assessment * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess business opportunities across all relevant segments in the assigned territory. 2. Channel Development & Expansion * Identify and appoint primary and secondary channel partners to establish a strong distribution network. * Build and manage a robust network to ensure both primary and secondary sales growth. 3. Target Achievement * Drive and achieve sales targets aligned with the territory’s market potential and company business plan. 4. Market Development * Strategically expand market presence through new customer acquisition, local marketing initiatives, and partner development. 5. Reporting & Forecasting * Track customer behavior, gather market intelligence, and provide accurate sales forecasts and competitor insights. 6. After-Sales Support * Ensure timely resolution of post-sales queries in coordination with internal departments, maintaining high customer satisfaction. 7. Promotional Activities * Plan and execute mechanic meets, product demos, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and product awareness. 8. Payment Collection * Ensure timely payment collections as per company credit policy, maintaining a healthy receivables cycle. Candidate Profile Must-Have Experience & Skills: * Proven track record in sales and business development within the automotive aftermarket industry. * Hands-on experience in handling product categories like lubricants, filters, brake pads, wipers, etc. * Exposure to private label sales in the aftermarket segment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Team management capabilities with a leadership mindset. * Ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals based on data-driven insights and market trends.
