About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to manage lender data, prepare MIS reports, and support decision-making through accurate analysis. Strong Excel skills are a must, while knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage. What You’ll Do: Prepare and share lender reports & MIS in required formats. Analyze portfolio & business metrics to identify trends. Create dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for reporting. Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Collections teams. Ensure data accuracy and compliance in lender submissions. Support business development initiatives with data-driven insights. Assist management in strategy and performance tracking. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards). Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau (preferred but not mandatory). Strong analytical & communication skills.
