Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and professional fashion, ensuring that guest belongings are secure and undamaged. It is important to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the valet drop-off and pick-up area, issue valet tickets, and keep accurate records of vehicles and keys. Additionally, assisting guests with luggage or directions when requested, reporting incidents or safety concerns promptly, and working closely with other teams to ensure seamless guest service are crucial aspects of this position. Following all traffic regulations and company safety protocols, as well as handling guest inquiries or complaints courteously and professionally, are essential duties as well.
