Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential new customers to generate interest in vehicle insurance.
  • Customer Engagement: Explaining policy features, benefits, and pricing to potential policyholders.
  • Lead Management: Updating customer information and call logs in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Sales and Persuasion: Guiding customers to select the best insurance options and encouraging them to purchase or renew policies.
  • Customer Support: Handling incoming calls and addressing customer concerns and inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication is essential for conveying information clearly and persuading customers.
  • Persuasion Skills: The ability to convince customers to buy insurance policies.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding the details and features of different motor insurance policies.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM or call tracking tools.
  • Customer Focus: A patient and helpful attitude towards customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
